Muckross

This initial render of a new-build detached dwelling in Dublin 12 was initially refused planning. After analysis with a planning consultant, we joined the house to the end of the existing terrace, and received a grant of planning. Construction took place during 2022, and the house has created a bespoke living space for the clients and their young family, finished to the highest of standards.
